Varetiq Payroll Fondamorce
Essential payroll for small businesses.
The core usable payroll package: employee records, pay runs reviewed before posting, and payroll entries that land in the accounting ledger correctly when Varetiq Accounting is also active.

Payroll access is granted separately from accounting access. Someone who keeps your books does not see payroll unless a payroll role is explicitly assigned to them. Time permissions never grant access to compensation, tax elections, payroll runs, or direct deposit information.
Varetiq Payroll Gradigente includes Varetiq Time Gradigente capability, and Varetiq Payroll Culmora includes Varetiq Time Culmora capability, for the workers covered by that payroll subscription. Those workers are never charged again as standalone Time users. Additional standalone Time seats apply only to people outside your covered payroll population.
How it fits
Payroll and accounting stay separate on purpose
They connect when you subscribe to both, and neither one silently grants access to the other.
Separate subscription
Varetiq Payroll is bought and billed on its own. No Varetiq Accounting plan includes payroll, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.
Separate access
Payroll roles are assigned separately from accounting roles, so bookkeeping access never exposes wages by default.
Connected ledger, when you have one
If Varetiq Accounting is active, approved payroll posts to the same double-entry ledger. If it is not, payroll still stands on its own and exports cleanly.
