Varetiq Time is a separate product priced per active user with no base fee. Connections to Varetiq Payroll and Varetiq Accounting apply only to the products you subscribe to. Time permissions are scoped separately from payroll permissions and never expose compensation, tax elections, payroll runs, or direct deposit information.
No double billing
Payroll-covered workers are never billed twice for Time
Varetiq Payroll Gradigente includes Varetiq Time Gradigente capability, and Varetiq Payroll Culmora includes Varetiq Time Culmora capability, for the workers covered by that payroll subscription. Those workers are never charged again as standalone Time users. Additional standalone Time seats apply only to people outside your covered payroll population.
Time, payroll, and accounting are bought separately
Subscribe to what you need. Varetiq Time works on its own, and connects to Varetiq Payroll and Varetiq Accounting only when you hold those subscriptions.
